TASK 1: Check Personal Information
User can only check personal information.
Old One
Add the function to follow someone whose food sharing interest you.
New One
If user likes the giver, he/she would like to follow other items from the same giver, or information from related follower.
Why
User hopes to understand transaction partner's history, for safety concern.
Why
Add assessment functionality after transaction, then users can check the evaluation to identify whether someone is a good giver or acceptor or not.
New One
Personal information only contains the basic information.

TASK 2: Finding A Food Sharing You Are Interested in
This design makes user find the food they want more efficiently.
Why
Adding search bar in homepage so that user can search for some kind of food through it.
New One
If the user wants to find some kind of food sharing, she/he can only browse the posts in homepage.
Old One
If the food were shared by friends nearby, one would have higher motivation to check or accept the food.
Why
Emphasizing on the items shared by one’s friends nearby.
New One
Users can browse all the sharing items near the user.

TASK 3: Write A Post to Share Food with Others
Speed up the process to post an article as well as facilitate the flow of item description.
Why
Provide some input field to remind the user to describe the price, desired time, location, and time to deal. Also, append some default choices of the description of items.
New One
Provide a input field for user to insert the information of food unlimitedly. Therefore, user might forget to describe some important properties of items.
Old One
It will be too complicated for the user to switch between different platforms and modify the sharing information on different platforms.
Why
We dropped this function.
